Onchain + Open-sourced

USD8 system has onchain and offchain two parts, all codes open-sourced. Onchain part follows general Defi practice with sensitive settings through a time lock. Offchain part uses a TEE with open-sourced algorithms for computation and results are verifiable by anyone.
